Suggestion
I would like to suggest to put 2 chairs and a table on the balcony which would make it much more convenient instead of standing outside.
Better bread and bread rolls for the breakfast couldn't be a disadvantage.

Best in Town
I find the Golden Tulip to be an oasis in Kumasi City. Extremely welcoming and very comfortable. I don't know what I would do with out it.

Observations
Front office staff are very courteous. Housekeeping needs a little supervision as most of the time our rooms were not properly cleaned and stocked.
The gym needs to be equipped.
The African restaurant is a wonderful idea and the food was very tasty.

Best in Kumasi
My internet reservation for Golden Tulip Kumasi was not accepted there first. In case of my prepayment, they accepted the booking after a while and I had a very nice stay, a very nice room and a very nice view.
The service at the pool side could be better (long waiting for service). All servants had been very friendly and helpful except some at the reception.
Out of my opinion, the pool is the most cleanest pool in Ghana (the second most clean pool is in Akosombo).
Very good beds (long and hard enough), very clean rooms and halls. The bread and the bread rolls for breakfast are really bad... Feedback Report - Golden Tulip, Kumasi
We had an exciting and pleasant 6 day stay at the Golden Tulip in Kumasi. The staff are well trained and hardworking who are always willing to help at all times. The array of selection of foods during breakfast is second to none. The cleanliness and freshness of the hotel rooms is very invigorating which makes living worthwhile during our stay. However, the only drawback was the continuous noise generated by the air-conditioning system at night which needs looking at. Overall, our special thanks to all the management and support staff for making our stay an unforgettable and exciting time last week. My stay at Golden Tulip, Kumasi
Hi Folks,
We enjoyed our stay at Golden Tulip, Kumasi. We wish you served more traditional Ghanaian dishes. The non-traditional dishes were so so, but we found the Ghanaian dishes you served excellent.
Your staff members we dealt with were superb! Keep it up, and power to more Ghanaian dishes!
I was disappointed to see a CRT TV in the hotel room. A plasma or LCD TV will be appreciated. The CRT TV was not compatible with my son's games! He was not happy about that. We hope to see a plasma or LCD TV on my next stay. Thanks.

Golden Tulip Kumasi
This is the best hotel in Kumasi. I loved everything about the Golden Tulip I've made a promise to myself every time I vacation in Ghana, I'll stay here. Loved it!!!!
